7 Healthy Paleo Smoothie Recipes


1. Simple Coffee FrappĂ©

  • 50 ml of strong brewed coffee, chilled(or espresso if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Blend to desire consistancy using a professional blender such as the Ninja Professional Blender or Vitamix for best results.





2. Grasshopper Shake

1 cup coconut cream
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder or melted dark chocolate
8 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp maple or coconut syrup
1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice

Blend to desired consistency.

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup acai juice
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries

1 avocado
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or fresh raspberries or other berries)
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups almond or coconut milk


Peel bananas ahead of time and freeze them. Allow bananas to thaw roughly 10 minutes after being frozen. Blend to desire consistancy using a professional blender such as the Ninja Professional Blender or Vitamix for best results. Serve.


5. Paleo Friendly Green Smoothie


4-5 Ice cubes
1 banana
Juice from 2 oranges
1 cup of Spinach
Juice from half a lemon
1 cup of Kale,

A handful of fresh mint and coriander

About 3/4 cup ice

Blend to desire consistency using a 

professional blender such as the Ninja Professional Blender

 or Vitamix for best results. Serve.
