Strawberry Blueberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie Recipe Photo Credit Courtesy: Heather On Flickr Ingredients: 1 Large Banana 1/4 Cup Blueberries 2 Tbsp. Vanilla or Strawberry Greek Yogurt 3/4 Cup Strawberries or 3-5 Large Strawberries 4 Ice Cubes Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and blend 10-15 seconds. If you want your smoothie to be a little thicker and icier then add more ice cubes. If you want a thinner smoothie you can add less ice or use cold water instead. Personally I prefer a few extra ice cubes but then I blend it a little bit longer. Enjoy! Before I go into my rant here, I trust everybody had an extraordinary clean eating weekend!
