Healthy Banana Smoothie - Best Weight Loss Breakfast Smoothies

Smoothies are so tasty and healthy I really do believe they are the best weight loss program, at least for breakfast.

Strawberry Banana Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt/Greek Yogurt for more protein
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Cherry Smoothie

  • 1 6 oz lowfat yogurt - whichever fruit flavor your prefer
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • Cup of Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Kale
  • 1 medium banana (frozen if possible – if not use ice in smoothie as well)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free Key lime pie yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon dry lemon lime-flavored soft drink mix (from 0.13-oz package)
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
